We are a negotiation services organization that offers teaching, training, and events in the areas of negotiations, conflict resolution, diplomacy, leadership and strategy. We have four main ways of delivering these services:

Our passion and core focus is primarily on urban youth as we seek to train the youth in conflict resolution and negotiation in order to help them co-exist in their communities and to empower them to advance economically, socially and spiritually.
