We teach students of diverse backgrounds about conflict resolution, negotiation, diplomacy, strategy and leadership in ways that develop social, emotional and spiritual intelligence. We introduce students to the theory and practice of conflict resolution and help them foster the development of valuable negotiation skills. We seek to equip the future generation in conflict resolution and negotiation in order to lay a foundation for future peace and economic/societal prosperity. We use a combination of pedagogical methods including case studies, hands-on negotiation role-play exercises, simulations, video, multi-media and computer software programs to help students explore the many sides of a conflict situation. They learn about mastering difficult conversations, handling difficult situations, developing their communication capabilities, enhancing their strategic thinking abilities and their leadership/people management skills.
